You may return your camera within 30 days of receiving it โ€” no questions asked.

What can be returned?

  • The camera is not functioning as described
  • Arrived damaged during transit
  • You simply changed your mind
Items must be in the same condition they were received (normal testing is OK).

How to start a return

After we approve the return, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label.

Refund processing

  • Refunds are processed within 3โ€“5 business days after we receive the item
  • Funds are returned to your original payment method
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund is issued

If your camera arrives damaged

In the rare case a camera arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage
  • Photos of the packaging
We will replace the camera or issue a full refund.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange for another model, let us know.
We can reserve a camera for you while your return is processed.
